                               POLICIES AND SERVICE AGREEMENT

 It's the client's responsibility to review services performed after the job has been completed.

·Service Agreement must be signed and agreed upon prior to services being performed.

·Payment Policies must be read before services begin by client.

·Late Payment: A 2.50% late payment charge will apply to amount due on date of service.

·Las Cruces tax.07125%

·Payments must be made at the day of service in full.

·Workers don't handle or discuss rates on the job, please contact MHS with any questions.

·First time/one time customers must pay with cash, Paypal, bank checks or money orders.

·Commercial & residential clients can pay with personal or business checks. Commercial

  clients will be billed on the 1st of every month.

·We reserve the right to terminate services if we feel threatened or uncomfortable

·Upon arrival of your home, we reserve the right to increase price if client has misinformed us. For example;  John Doe informed us that his home requires medium cleaning but upon arrival it requires heavy. John Doe also informed us his home is small but it is actually large in size and has 2 levels instead of 1. We ask our customers to be as honest as possible, read our policies and provide accurate description of your home. Keep in mind, most of our estimates are done via phone. Although 98% percentage accurate, there will be that 2% who provides inaccurate information to us. Definitions of level of cleaning are listed here:

· We reserve the right to discontinue service if payments are not met.

· Checks or money orders are to be paid to Maximo Housekeeping Services.

· MHS will provide one or two independent housekeepers that are insured, licensed and trained by MHS.

· Clients must cancel within 24 hours of appointment date, a $25.00 fee will apply.

· There is a $25 charge attached to checks that are returned as a result of the payer's account having 

  insufficient funds

· Clients must secure their animals in a safe area away from our staff.

· Please keep children away from housekeeper and cleaning supplies. Housekeepers will not babysit.

· Important valuables such as jewelry, credit cards, check books, important documents, money etc, must be

  securely locked before our staff arrives. We will not clean rooms with substantial amount of valuables

· We are professionals and expect professionalism, we do not tolerate sexual harassment or harassment of

  any kind on the job in any shape or form.

· Please provide detail information to avoid any confusion.

  CUSTOMER SATISFACTION/PAYMENT & REFUND POLICIES:

Payments made online prior to service are fully refundable. If payment is not met on date of service the clients will be responsible for any and all legal expenses incurred by Maximo Housekeeping Services to collect payment. Clients are allowed 10 days grace period to pay in full after the due date and no later. After the due date residential clients will be subjected to 2.50 % late fee every 14 days and commercial clients 5% every 30 days. Clients must clearly state service specifications prior to service date to MHS (see service list & our policies). It's the client's responsibility to review services performed after the job has been completed. Regardless if we meet the client's expectations, the price agreed upon must be paid in full. We gladly offer return visits for unsatisfied clients within 24-72 hours but we do not refund payment once service has been performed. Please read our service list, policies and clearly state services being requested so there are no misunderstandings or assumptions made by either party.

______________C2 - I have read "MHS list" and fully understand services what I will be receiving on date(s) of service

______________C3 - By signing this agreement I have also read & agreed to the terms of "MHS Payment Policies"fully

______________C4 - By not providing my own supplies I have agreed to allow MHS to use their CLEANING SUPPLIES

______________C5 - I will provide my own cleaning supplies that I like to use in my home.

_____________C7 - By signing this agreement I understand and fully comply with MHS rates, I am also aware of additional fees that could be assessed if I have misinformed MHS in any shape or form.
